AUdacious City

Life is better when we're together

Built for Belonging

AUdacious city is a social hub for neurodivergent and differently abled young adults. We foster deep friendships and shared adventures in a space where every person truly feels at home.

Creating connection.

Building community.

Making life bigger.

OUR MISSION

We create engaging social experiences where neurodivergent and differently able young adults can meet people, build authentic friendships, explore their interests, and be part of a community that welcomes them as they are.

No Fixing.
No Fitting in.
New opportunities to connect.
Belonging that lasts.

OUR VISION

A world where everyone

has somewhere to belong and someone to call.

We envision communities where meaningful friendship, active social lives, and shared experiences are not exceptions for people with disabilities.

AUdacious City is building one ot those communities.

They are simply part of adulthood.

One Experience.
Our Friendship.
One unforgettable night at a time.

Meet the People Building the City

Teizu A. Wolokolie, MD, MBA, CMD

MAYOR & FOUNDER

A mom who saw the gap and decided to build what was missing.

AUdacious City began with a question I couldn't shake: What happens after our young

adults finish school and still want what every young adult wants?

Friendship. Belonging. Connection.

A social life that is actually theirs.

As a physician and healthcare leader, and most importantly, Matthew's mom—I've

spent years seeing both what exists and what's still missing.

So I decided to build it.

"I don't want our members to simply have things to do. I want them to have people to do life with"- Teizu

Matthew Williams

CHIEF COMMUNITY AMBASSODOR

Matthew brings an essential voice to AUdacious City: the member perspective.

As Chief Community Ambassador, he welcomes members, shares ideas and feedback with the team, and helps make sure AUdacious City feels like a community, not a program.

Matthew loves all things theater, bowling, video games, exercising, hockey, traveling, and finding new trails to hike. He's always up for trying something new—especially when there are good people to share it with.

"Matthew's City rule:
Everyone should feel like
they're part of the group."

Ann Pascoe

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY EXPERIENCES

Ann turns ideas into experiences.

She brings extensive experience supporting young adults as they build social confidence, independence, and community beyond the classroom.

At Audacious CITY, Ann helps shape the member experience-from the events we create to the way members are welcomed, supported, and connected once they arrive.

Her goal is simple: create an experience people genuinely look forward to coming back to.

Explore the Districts

Sing. Cook. Create. Play. Move. Explore. Celebrate. With the eight districts and new experiences every month, there's always another reason to get out and join in.
